Genuine Physical Therapy opened our doors in June of 2021. We are a locally owned, private practice PT Clinic located within Elevate Health. GPT specializes in the treatment of orthopedic, neuromuscularskeletal, post surgical and sport related conditions.

Rachel Kottsick, DPT, Cert DN
Brady Martin, DPT Cert DN was born and raised in Richardton, ND. He attended high school in Colorado where he participated in football and basketball. He continued his collegiate football career playing at the University of Mary for 5 years where he earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science (2012) and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2015). He has over 8 years of experience in treating orthopedic, neurological and sport related conditions utilizing exercise, manual therapy, manipulation, dry needling and necessary modalities right here in Dickinson, ND.
His favorite part about being a therapist is helping people overcome obstacles at challenging times in their lives and returning to what they enjoy doing most. In his spare time he enjoys checking cows and ranching with Sam and Dani Kaye! The Martin Family also operates the family farm, Martin Grain Farms Red Angus Ranch.
Rachel was born and raised in Stanley, ND. She graduated from Stanley High School in 2010. She was actively involved in volleyball, basketball, and track. She went on to play 2 years of college basketball for Williston State College.
Rachel graduated from the University of Mary in 2016 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has 7 years of experience working with a variety of conditions in various settings including orthopedics and sports medicine in Dickinson, ND. She enjoys working with people of all ages and has specialty training in women’s health and is certified in functional dry needling. She is passionate about helping people return to their favorite activities living their best life. She herself enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as outdoor activities of a wide variety including hunting, fishing, skiing, and camping. In her spare time she enjoys chasing around her 3 littles, staying active, and traveling.
